Simon’s previous experience has been earned leading as category CEO of Thomas Cook’s £4.5Bn Omni-Channel Retail Division with a team of 9000 colleagues (21 years).
Simon was CEO of investment company (Yolo Leisure & Technology PLC) – focussed on Technology, Media and Leisure Sectors, portfolio of six investee companies (7 years).
Simon is currently an Advisory Consultant, Angel Investor and Leadership Coach – working with exciting and dynamic purpose driven companies and founders. Simon is an Associate and Consultant to NOTWICS – an Investor Relations Consultancy – helping Founders in Pre-Seed to Series A to scale and grow.

Simon’s philosophy and system is orientated around sustainable leadership – and believes that Coaching provides a space to accelerate learning, build resilience and to expand new value possibilities – a gift that benefits and radiates all.
Simon is a qualified Executive Coach and qualified with the EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) and Professional Designation at Practitioner level.
Simon’s interests are in human and leadership performance, with a particular interest in how to create cultures and ways of working that deliver an outstanding quality orientated customer experience.
