Coachvirtus is a leadership coaching and business (growth) advisory enterprise. Coachvirtus originates from the Latin word ‘virtus’, that translates to ‘virtue’ or ‘excellence’. It is a term used to describe qualities of moral or personal character, including qualities such as courage, integrity, and (high) principles.
We’ve embraced virtus as a set of wisdom principles and universal truths that have and will always endure. In ancient culture, virtus was highly valued and associated with the qualities of a good and honourable leader and citizen.
We collaborate with curious leaders to amplify performance effectiveness, of both themselves and the teams they lead and serve.
Our role is to complement and elevate the purpose of the organisation, by collaboratively building and embedding a learning-culture with the qualities to inspire sustained performance and good energy.
